I called to ask if they could repair a cracked aluminum wheel. I was told it would depend on where the crack was and that they would need to look at it first. I explained that I couldn’t drive all the way there on the chance that they might turn me away, and I tried to explain exactly where the damage was so I could find out if it was something they typically repair. Instead of answering my question or letting me finish explaining, the person simply hung up on me. I understand that some wheel damage may need to be inspected in person, but hanging up on a customer who is genuinely trying to figure out whether it’s safe and worthwhile to drive there is extremely unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for a guarantee over the phone — I was just trying to determine if they even handle this type of repair. Very disappointing customer service, especially when someone is calling because they need help with a potentially unsafe wheel issue.

Usually when I pull into any tire shop lot the employees just stare. The second I pulled in with hazards on 3 employees walked towards my car to see what the problem was. Even offered me COLD water on a hot day. I don’t care if my tire is on flat and I’m 30 minutes away. I’ll always come to this one. First impression was 10/10 for this tire shop.

Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a rim fixed or needing a tire!! It looks like the rim was never even bent!! They were so helpful and didn’t take advantage of me or my money. They fixed my rim in like 30 mins maybe and got a brand new tire for a great price!!! The dog they had out there was adorable and super sweet!!
